Here is a brief description of my sem 7 research.
My research has been awesome. Everyday, i deal with some of the most perfume scented places and materials the world has ever seen.
A simple description of my research:
1. Toilet
2. Tryptic soy agar
3. Bacteria on tryptic soy agar
and lately..
4. Fermented tryptic soy agar.
The beauty my research is that it has shown how wonderful things have usually been in life. I now appreciate the smell of fresh air, the help and assistance i get from friends, the time i have to eat, the time i have to do nothing and the time i have to write a blog post.
Thanks to this research, i think i'm going to start becoming a more charitable person. In fact, think the next time i go to pasar malam, i'm gonna make sure i donate to the guy singing for an extra few bucks.

Law of nature vs Law of reality
The law of nature is such that all good stuff come at high prices.
The law of reality is such that even if you pay a high price, you might not get good stuff.
One example is the Apple, another example is fine dining restaurants.
But the ultimate example is being a Malaysian who isnt exactly a malaysian.

A research that i would really like to do...
Back when the list of sem 7 researches we released, i still remember quickly scanning through the whole list and i still remember keywords to some titles, such as:
1. (something)(something) nanoparticle
2. (something)(something)micro algae in treatment of (something)(something)
3. (something) cancer cell line of (something)
Everyone is currently very busy with the research they are have chosen from a list. All these are fascinating researches with potential of groundbreaking findings. But has any1 really done some soul searching to think of something they'd really wanna find out?
For me, in the midst of the hassle and hectic life of the first few weeks of semester commencement, i did a little soul searching and had some deep thought into a research that i really would like to do. Given the grant of a mere RM1000 for mileage claims and paper photostating, i would design a study to determine the correlation between the physical attraction of healthcare workers to the speed of recovery of patients in the ward.
If i managed to prove my null hypothesis (which obviously needs no explanation), then additional criterias would be needed to enter schools of health sciences. In addition to that, reshuffles in hospitals staffs would also be made and (possibly) people would wish they'd fall sick a little more often.

Pharmacist VS Dentist
A pharmacist and a dentist.. whats their difference?
First and foremost the dentist deals with oral care while the pharmacist deals with drugs, dentist study 5 years, pharm' study 4 year, dentist this, pharmc' that.. bla-bla-bla
Skipping the irrelavant parts. Here is the REAL BIG HUMONGOUS difference between a pharmacist and a dentist. A fresh graduate pharmacist earns 2.7k excluding allowances. Upon finishing the 1+2 goverment shit, we would probably go out and most likely find a job that pays 4-5k. 20 years down the line, we, pharmacist probably might own one community pharmacy and have some investments here and there and IF we are good (lucky, smart, sociable, skilled, well connected, have good selling skills) we would be very pleased to know that we would draw quite a big sum of approximately 20k ++
You are probably smilling from ear to ear knowing this, but just read on to know more about our colleagues, the dentist.
Well, sure dentists have more to study since its a 5 year course, and naturally, their starting pay is higher than ours, which is about 2.8k without allowances (of course their allowances are more meaty than ours). But the amazing part is that after a dentist specializes, how much would you think they would earn? 20? 30?
NO, as a matter of fact, they earn 60k/month
HOW IN THE BLOODY HELL CAN A PHARMACIST EARN 60K?! of course we exclude the possibilities of discovering a new drug and registering a new patent coz its highly unlikely. You can also debate to say that several people with minimal education have rised to the top and earned millions, well, but face the fact - the general population do not belong to the group of "one in a billion" people.
So, cutting out all impposible options, whats left is only bank robbery that earns 60k a month.
But anyway, healthcare professionals should not be bothered about monetary gains, so lets continue practicing TDM calculations so we will be successful pharmacist in the future (who earn RM2700 a month)
